The Snowdrops were magnificent today. These are my first pictures of the season. I'll put more pictures up on my "photo journal." See the link in the navigation bar.
This is my favorite time of year. I find in flowers, especially wildflowers, such a purity of aesthetic expression. The shapes, colors, and sometimes fragrances, are almost intoxicating. It's really hard to do any post processing on these images, and that's not a bad thing.
